Debbie Weitz, MS is a psychotherapist based in Marietta, Georgia, with a rich educational background and diverse experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia, as well as both a Master of Science and a Specialist in Education degree from Florida State University, and has completed a PK-12 Professional School Counseling Post-Graduate Certificate from Mercer University. Her career has spanned roles such as Mock Interview Mentor, University Career Center Advisor, University Co-Instructor, School Counselor, and Psychotherapist in Private Practice.

Debbie is Prepare-Enrich Certified and has a broad range of expertise, including trauma, PTSD, grief, school issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and stress. She is dedicated to supporting individuals aged 5+, couples, families, and groups, and is committed to creating a safe, inclusive environment for all, including being a proud LGBTQIA+ ally.

Outside of her professional life, Debbie enjoys spending weekends hiking with her dog and exploring new recipes in the kitchen. She finds joy in attending University of Georgia football games, where she can cheer passionately alongside fellow fans. Debbie is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and believes in the power of personal growth and connection.
